Delightful Cheesecake

A dear friend of mine, whom I am very grateful to, recommended this recipe to me! I really enjoy serving this cake for dessert in the evening, but it’s also delicious for breakfast.

Ingredients:

250 g of dry biscuits
100 g of melted butter
250 g of ricotta cheese
3 medium eggs
140 g of sugar

Method:

First, prepare the crust by combining the finely crushed biscuits with melted butter. Take a springform pan and line it with parchment paper. Use a fork to press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of the pan and flatten it evenly.

Next, prepare the filling by beating the ricotta cheese with the sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and continue to mix until well combined. Pour the ricotta mixture over the biscuit crust and bake at 170°C for about 30 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool and refrigerate for at least one hour.
