Grappa with larch buds
We gathered a handful of larch buds to flavor the grappa that we usually offer at the end of dinner, to enjoy each other’s company!
I don’t have an exact recipe, but I put a couple of handfuls in a liter of good grappa from Trentino and add some sugar…. I let it rest for at least twenty days and then I taste it! And somehow, it always turns out delicious!
